Sales and delivery conditions are filed at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam. At all deliveries the Dutch Law is applicable.
All prices are in euros, including 21% Vat for deliveries to the Netherlands.
Payments will be processed before delivery to webshop orders.
The following charges apply (shipping by DHL):
- Shipping within the Netherlands € 0,- to maximum € 5,00 depending on order amount.
- 10 euro, free shipping from 80 euro:Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Poland
- 12,50 euro, free shipping from 80 euro:Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Sweden
We keep it simple and cheap. All orders are shipped using DHL Parcel, as a reliable and economical option that makes sure each and every one of our customers receives their order.
In most cases, all orders confirmed before 14:00 EST are shipped same day Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday after 14:00 EST through Sunday are usually shipped on Monday.
In case you order a product that is not in stock, we will wait with the shipment untill stock has arrived.
All international orders will be shipped by DHL. Item delivery is estimated within 3-5 working days of the order.

Our products comes with a guarantee for 2 years. In the event that your item is defective in anyway, not including wear from normal use, send it back to us and we will make sure to take care of you.
If the product is not what you expected it to be you can get a refund within 30 days after purchase. It is required that you first send the product back to us.
In the case of a return or refund, shipping and/or handling charges on the original order are not refundable. Customized products are not refundable.
Interall Group is not responsible for return shipping costs. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging. When the packaging of the returned items is not complete we can not guarantee a full refund.
